The Era tumbler is compatible with Cold and carbonated beverages with ice. We don’t recommend hot beverages for your Era tumbler
Are Era tumblers 100% leakproof?
- Era tumblers are 100% leakproof with cold beverages when it’s in the locked position.
How do I lock and unlock the era straw lid?
- To open the U-Turn™ Lid for sipping, align the mode indicator in the ‘open’ position indicated by the raised notch. To lock, turn and line up the mode indicator on the lid with the ‘closed’ position on the opposite side.
How do I remove my ColdKey™ Straw?
- To remove the ColdKey™ straw for cleaning, twist the straw halfway between the open and close positions and pull up on the straw.
How do I wash my Era tumbler?
- Remove and disassemble all parts (Straw lid, Steel straw, Rubber grip)
- Wash with soft brush, soft sponge, or towel
- Use gentle dishwashing soap
- Use straw brush for cleaning the inside of the straw.
- Gently rinse and air dry.
Are the Era tumblers cup holder friendly?
- Yes, both Era 30oz and 40oz are cup holder friendly. The Era straw tumblers have a base of 8cm which fits most cup holders
How long does it keep my drink cold?

The Era can keep your beverages, even carbonated ones, cold for 24+ hours depending on how much ice is used and the starting temperature of the beverage. The more ice you use, the longer it will stay cold. To maximize ice-retention, we recommend filling your Era with at least 50% ice.
Does the Era lid fit other products?
- Era lids and silicone straw pieces are only interchangeable between 30oz + 40oz Era sizes, however, be sure to use the correct size stainless steel straw attachment as the 40oz straw is longer than the 30oz.
Is the Era tumbler insulated?
- The Era tumbler is made of stainless steel which means triple wall insulation! The best part is that the insulation omits most condensation or sweating from the outside of your tumbler.
Does my Era come with warranty?
